What is life coaching?
A coaching relationship is a partnership in which the coach and the client enter into a mutual agreement to identify and then progress toward the client’s desired goals.
In our coaching relationship I will serve as a trusted partner and resource on your journey, holding space for you to develop a vision for your ideal state, uncover roadblocks, and together we will design strategies for success.
What are common topics?
Topics can span a wide variety of areas. Many of my clients are looking to adopt healthier mindsets, or create new strategies to improve their wellness. Examples include:
- Overcoming self-doubt
- Exploring patterns of perfectionism
- Adopting healthier lifestyle routines
- Creating a greater sense of calm and peace within
- Finding balance between career, family, and personal passions
How Does Life Coaching work?
First, we will dive into a discovery session to determine if you and I are a good fit to work together. I will ask about your goals and desired outcomes. You will also have an opportunity to learn first hand what life coaching is all about. If we both agree to continue the coaching relationship we will determine our meeting cadence.
We will discuss your coaching package options, and determine which is best based on your individual goals. During sessions you will define your goals and together we will identify action steps that move you closer to your ideal state. This is your journey – we will assess as we go, and modify as needed!
